Maria Mulligan joined Sligo CIL in February 2017 and was appointed CEO in July. This post is regarded as being crucial to the success of Sligo CIL. The CEO plays a key role in the sustainability and future development of the organisation and is also responsible for the day to day management of the organisation. The CEO reports directly to the Sligo CIL's Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
Finance Manager

David Flanagan joined Sligo CIL in March 2013 as the Accounts/Office Administrator and from
January 2015 holds the position of the Finance Manager. The Finance Manager has broad
responsibility for the financial reporting and service coordination in relation to Learning
Disability and Autism services. The Finance Manager will also provide management support
and cover when required, the Finance Manager role reports primarily to the General Manager
on a day-to-day basis with a requirement to attend and/or report into the Sligo CIL’s Board of
Directors as necessary.
Development Worker

Alicja Zastawna joined Sligo CIL in February 2011 as a CE Administrator and from April 2012 holds the position of Development Worker. Development Worker has broad responsibility to systematically coordinate the on-going monitoring and evaluation of existing and new work Projects, services and systems to strengthen the practical quality assurance standards and maximise the effective operation of Sligo CIL for all its service users and staff. Development Worker role reports primarily to the General Services Manager on a day-to-day basis with a requirement to attend and/or report to the Board as necessary.
Community Employment Project Supervisor

Celline McCormack joined Sligo CIL as the Community Employment Supervisor in February 2016. The CE Supervisor’s primary role involves the management of the Community Employment Project. Essential to this role is the development of employee training, fundamentally devising individual learner plans for participants on the Community Employment Project. In addition the Community Employment Supervisor co-ordinates the provision of the Personal Assistant services reporting directly to the Sligo CIL General Manager and Board of Directors when necessary.
Accounts/Office Administrator

Anne Tully joined Sligo CIL as the Accounts/Office Administrator in December 2005. The Accounts/Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining day-to-day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations. The Accounts/Office Administrator reports primarily to the Sligo CIL General Services Manager and is responsible for assisting with preparation of all aspects of financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising the payroll, personnel administration and purchasing. The Accounts/Office Administrator works within municipal policies and procedures and in compliance with all Territorial Acts and Legislation.
Service Coordinator

Maria Pereira joined Sligo CIL in October 2013 as Account/Office Administrator
and from August 2015 also holds the part-time position of Service Coordinator. The Service
Coordinator's key responsibility is to work with the Personal Assistants (PAs) to ensure there
is sufficient cover to deliver all of the care and support plans on time. To support service users
and leaders that they may enjoy the best quality of life possible in the comfort of their ownhome
or in residential care, respite/holiday or community group home. The Service Coordinator will
make sure PAs with the right skills and experience are matched to deliver each service user's
and leader's care and support plan. The Service Coordinator reports and works closely with the
General Manager to ensure that routine and working patterns are efficient and logical,
effectively prioritised to meet unexpected emergencies and changes in the care packages.
